Terms of Service
Last updated: August 15, 2026
These terms apply when you use FixMyDocs (“FixMyDocs,” “we,” “us”) — the free tools on this website for fixing, converting, and resizing documents and images. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
The service
FixMyDocs provides browser-based tools that process a file you upload and return a result — no account, signup, or payment is required for any tool currently on the site. See our Privacy Policy for how uploaded files are handled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use FixMyDocs to:
- Process files you don’t have the right to use.
- Create or alter identity documents, official photos, or signatures for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-process the service outside normal use.
No guarantee of official acceptance
Tools like our passport-photo resizers use published country requirements as a guide, but rules change and individual authorities make the final call. We don’t guarantee that a photo or document processed here will be accepted by any government agency, portal, employer, or other third party. Always check your result against the current official requirements for your specific situation before submitting it.
Service provided “as is”
FixMyDocs is provided free of charge, as is, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to keep the tools accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free processing, or that results will meet every possible requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixMyDocs is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the site or its tools.
Your files, your rights
You retain all rights to any file you upload. We don’t claim ownership of your content and, as described in our Privacy Policy, we don’t keep a copy of it after your request completes.
Third-party links
Some blog posts and tool pages link to external websites or tools for reference. We’re not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of sites we don’t operate.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
